Ergo's Management Team

The triumvirate at the helm of Ergo Energy, consisting of Thomas L. Miller III, Kenneth B. Barker, and A. Ryan Wilson, represents an extraordinary confluence of expertise, determination, and the very essence that Ergo Energy embodies. In the annals of management teams, few have ever been assembled with such remarkable synchrony and shared vision, despite the absence of any familial ties. In fact, aside from their vocal distinctions, it becomes nearly impossible to differentiate them when considering their collective reservoir of knowledge, business acumen, and unwavering ethical standards.

Together, these three luminaries bring an astounding accumulation of over a century's worth of experience spanning the entire spectrum of the petroleum industry. Their collective expertise encompasses diverse domains, including the intricacies of physical refinery construction and inspection, strategic sourcing, comprehensive logistics management, chemical composition analysis, navigating complex multi-government contracts, adept negotiation skills, and, at the heart of it all, the art of buying and selling both crude and refined petroleum products. This, however, only scratches the surface of their formidable expertise. Individually, each brings their own distinct, exceptional qualifications to fortify Ergo Energy's leadership.

Thomas and Ryan boast decades of immersion in East Texas, widely regarded as the epicenter and birthplace of the US petroleum industry. While Thomas ventured into the construction and inspection of refineries spanning the entire US Gulf Coast, Ryan honed his focus on upstream operations and land management. Over the course of these journeys, they cultivated enduring relationships within both the upstream sector and among refinery operators. Their adeptness in government contracting, their role as personal representatives for both buyers and sellers of crude and refined petroleum products, and their mastery of logistical orchestration further enrich their skill set. Notably, their capacity for effective management seems to come to them effortlessly.

Kenneth, though equally proficient in logistics, government contracting, and representing the interests of both buyers and sellers in the petroleum trade, brings additional dimensions to the leadership cadre. During his tenure with Milspec, Ken led a team responsible for taking physical title to the refined products that Milspec sold, establishing invaluable relationships and experiences that harmonize seamlessly with the perspectives of Thomas and Ryan. Moreover, Ken's background includes noteworthy international stints as an investment banker in Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States, a fund manager in both Europe and the United States (a status he maintains), and an impressive twelve-year tenure in the US military, though sadly marred by a permanent disability incurred in service.

Remarkably, the trio now at the helm of Ergo Energy achieved a near-instantaneous synchronization that has earned them the endearing monikers "Ike," "Mike," and "Spike" among their colleagues and peers, underscoring their unparalleled unity and synergy in steering Ergo Energy towards new horizons of success and innovation.
